We offer annual membership options for you and your family with various levels of service to align with your unique health goals and needs.

For minor illnesses such as cough, colds, fevers or sore throats, our Year-Round Care annual membership provides prompt and convenient appointments with a Medcan physician, virtually or in-person at our state-of-the-art clinics in Toronto, Oakville, Collingwood or Muskoka (seasonal). This membership includes:

  • Same or next-day appointments with the option to see a physician virtually or in-person 
  • Added convenience of prescription delivery as soon as the same day1 
  • Prompt and reliable referrals within Medcan’s extensive ecosystem of in-house specialists 
  • After-hours medical advice from an on-call Nursing professional 
  • Family plans2 that include you, your partner and all children up to 30 years of age

Our annual Dedicated Care membership is ideal for those seeking a family doctor with highly personalized primary care experience and support from a comprehensive care team.

  • Build a deep and trusted relationship with your Dedicated Care team to provide ongoing support to answer your questions, receive advice or share results by phone or email.
  • A 30 min appointment, same or next-day with your family doctor available virtually or in-person.
  • Convenience of prescription delivery as soon as the same day1 
  • A comprehensive health & wellness package including complimentary wellness services and preferred rates on an Annual Health Assessment, Enhanced Assessments, Men's & Women's Health Programs and more.

  • 1When prescription request is received before 7:00pm EST Monday to Friday and 1:00pm EST Saturday to Sunday. Same-day delivery is subject to factors such as medication availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and prescription verification requirements.
  • 2Year-Round Care Family Membership includes you, your partner, and all children under the age of 30

    Eligibility for reimbursement under a Health Spending Account (HSA) is subject to your specific plan provisions, coverage, available balance, and eligibility conditions. Check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and reimbursement criteria. Medcan will provide you with a receipt for services rendered which will include a description of the service, the provider’s name and credentials, and the date and cost of service. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the insurance company, and outcomes can vary depending on the insurance provider.

    Global travel medical assistance is provided by a third party and does not include diagnosis and treatment from a Medcan physician. Additional fees may apply.

    Within 20 km of the Medcan Toronto clinic at 150 York St. Personal home and office visits are limited to five per year, based on physician availability.
