Year-Round Care

Convenient medical care from our expert team of physicians and nurses who will address minor illnesses and injuries such as infections, earaches, coughs, rashes, cuts, and fevers. We offer same or next-day appointments available virtually, in-person, or by phone. You will also benefit from same-day pharmacy delivery to suit your busy lifestyle.   

Dedicated Care

For individuals and families who are in need of a family doctor, Dedicated Care provides same or next-day appointments, either virtually or in-person. You also have access to same-day pharmacy delivery for seamless prescription filling. Highly personalized care is provided by your own dedicated physician and a clinical team that is available by phone or email to give advice, discuss results and coordinate referral appointments for a greater continuity of care. 

M Care

M Care offers an unparalleled level of premium, concierge care with a direct line of contact to a dedicated physician. It includes home or office visits with after-hours or weekend availability and same-day pharmacy delivery for prescription medications. This prestigious membership is designed for those who prioritize a proactive and comprehensive approach to their health, supported by a dedicated team committed to your care. Additionally, it includes comprehensive genetic testing to optimize your personalized care plan, improve your health, and manage your risk of disease. 

Annual
Health
Assessment

Designed for anyone seeking a proactive approach to health management, the Annual Health Assessment goes deeper and broader than a standard annual physical. It helps you identify risk areas and increases the opportunity for early detection of significant health concerns, such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

Your comprehensive assessment includes up to 15 stations including an extensive physical examination and medical history evaluation with a Medcan physician. You will complete all tests and screenings in a single day appointment at our clinic, saving you time by eliminating the need for you to schedule multiple appointments in various locations.

As part of your day, we provide a thoughtfully curated selection of complimentary healthy food and beverages from our in-house catering service, Nourish by Medcan.

At the end of your appointment, your Medcan physician will review your results and offer recommendations and a personalized action plan to support your health improvements. If any urgent or immediate health concerns arise during the assessment, the physician will provide referrals to address those issues, including to on-site specialists at Medcan. For concerns that are less urgent or require longer-term follow-up, the physician will direct you to your primary care provider, who is best positioned to provide continuity of care.    

You can access the full details of your assessment anytime through our secure online portal, myMedcan, allowing you to reference and take action as needed. 

As a complement to our Annual Health Assessment, these enhancements provide greater insights into your health. They include the Enhanced Longevity Assessment, Enhanced Heart Health, Enhanced Genetic Screening, and Enhanced Whole Body Health. If you are also looking to enroll in our Menopause and Perimenopause Program or one of our Men’s Health Programs, you can begin your journey during your Annual Health Assessment and enjoy preferred savings.

Check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and reimbursement criteria. Medcan will provide you with a receipt for services rendered which will include a description of the service, the provider’s name and credentials, and the date and cost of service. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the insurance company, and outcomes can vary depending on the insurance provider.
