Our customized virtual training platform, Lift Session, is specially designed to allow clients to work directly with their trainers in a thoughtful and effective manner. Fitness Coaching Program

Take a personalized and flexible approach to fitness with our specially designed 12-month training program – to be completed in person or via virtual sessions. 7 of these sessions will require a personal trainer to be present. This offering will include an exclusive link and membership to the interactive and user-friendly LIFT session app, allowing you to track progress and stay engaged. Additionally, there will be a video demonstration shared that will walk you through the platform. Coaches will customize and design routines, and will upload them directly to the app, monthly – these routines will be personalized to suit your needs and goals.
