  • 1Global travel medical assistance is provided by a third party and does not include diagnosis and treatment from a Medcan physician. Additional third-party fees may be charged for consultation, treatment, and/or emergency medical evacuation provided by third party service providers when travelling outside of Ontario.  
  • 2When prescription request is received before 7:00pm EST Monday to Friday and 1:00pm EST Saturday to Sunday. Same-day delivery is subject to factors such as medication availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and prescription verification requirements.
  • 3Our membership fee covers the costs of all uninsured services included in our year-round care membership (a list of which can be found here). We do not charge for insured services, which are services covered by OHIP. OHIP covered services are available to all OHIP card holders regardless of whether a membership package is purchased.
