The Medcan Editorial Team develops trusted health content designed to help our clients make informed decisions about their health. Drawing on the expertise of Medcan's clinical directors, physicians and specialists, the team translates complex medical information into practical, evidence-based insights that support proactive health management. 

Overseen by Medcan Chief Operating Officer Laurelle Hoogendoorn and led by Medcan's Director of Brand and Thought Leadership, Andria Mckay, the editorial team works closely with Medcan’s clinical innovation team, executive team, physicians, clinicians, and subject matter experts across the organization. Their goal is to ensure content reflects current research, best practices, and Medcan's approach to preventive, personalized care.
