If you receive a prescription at your appointment, ask your physician to have it filled through Mednow.
Chat with a pharmacist until midnight through the Mednow app or website. Mednow can help with:
- Questions about your medication:
- Prescription transfers
- Follow-ups with your doctor
- General health questions
- Most standard prescriptions and health products are available for same day delivery
- Mednow stocks extra quantities of 20+ common medications to make sure they can serve clients quickly—especially in urgent care situations
- If you’re prescribed something Mednow doen't stock, they'll do their best to get it to you as soon as possible
Monday to Friday - delivery between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- If your prescription is received before 7:00 PM, we will deliver the same day1
Saturday and Sunday - delivery betweeen 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Same day service is available for medications in stock1
Deliveries begin at 8:00 AM (nothing arrives earlier)
- Mednow delivers to addresses within 30 km of the pharmacy
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Mednow's delivery partners will collect your signature through a mobile app
