- Access to myMedcan—a web-based portal for clients and physicians to securely access all Medcan medical records and test results when necessary

- Ensures that you, your partner and dependent children (from birth age to 30) receive urgent medical care for immediate health concerns—in a way that best suits your family’s schedule. This service is intended to be complementary to your general practitioner or pediatrician.
- On-site X-ray* for children aged 3 and over (not available at Oakville)
- Bloodwork for children aged 5 and over
- Virtual visits for all ages
- Members are supported 7 days a week:
- In clinic appointments: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday – Saturday
- Online appointments: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday – Saturday , 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday
Generations Plan
- Ensures that you, your partner, up to 3 dependent children (from birth to age 25), adult dependents (over the age of 25), and grandparents receive urgent medical care for immediate health concerns—in a way that best suits your family’s schedule. This service is intended to be complementary to your general practitioner or pediatrician.
- On-site X-ray for children aged 3 and over
- Bloodwork for children aged 5 and over
- Virtual visits for all ages
- Members are supported 7 days a week
