Contest Rules 

Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees of Medcan Health Management Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those domiciled with such employees are not eligible to enter. | Contest Period: The contest begins on September 3, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on October 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. To enter, participants must: 1. Complete the official contest entry form available online. 2. Agree to the contest terms and conditions. 3. Submit the form before the contest deadline. There are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Menopause Show taking place on October 18–19, 2025. Tickets are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives will be provided.  

Prize Draw and Winner Notification  

A random draw will be held on October 4, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified on the same day via the contact information provided at entry.  

Claiming the Prize  

Winners must respond and claim their tickets by October 10, 2025. If a winner does not respond by this date, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.  

Privacy and Marketing Consent  

By entering this contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Medcan Health Management Inc. for the purposes of contest administration. Additionally, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Medcan, including promotional emails about health and wellness services, events, and offers.  

Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in all communications or by contacting Medcan directly. Medcan will process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. All communications will include clear identification of Medcan and relevant contact information.  

Additional Conditions  

• Winners may be required to answer a skill-testing question and provide proof of age and residency.  

• Winners may be asked to sign a release form confirming compliance with contest rules and granting permission for the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.  

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.  

• All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the contest are final.
