Medcan extends sincere thanks to all members who visited the Muskoka clinic this summer. Members can continue to see a physician, virtually or in-person at our Toronto, Oakville, Kingsway, York Mills and Collingwood locations.

Convenient and timely, Year-Round Care members can expect reliable access to a team of physicians and nurses for minor illness and injuries with same or next-day appointments virtually or in-person, and receive after-hours medical advice from an on-call registered nurse. Perfect for families or those with a busy lifestyle looking for greater peace of mind.

  • 1When prescription request is received before 7:00pm EST Monday to Friday and 1:00pm EST Saturday to Sunday. Same-day delivery is subject to factors such as medication availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and prescription verification requirements.
  • 2Global travel medical assistance is provided by a third party and does not include diagnosis and treatment from a Medcan physician. Additional fees may apply.
  • 3Eligibility for reimbursement under a Health Spending Account (HSA) is subject to your specific plan provisions, coverage, available balance, and eligibility conditions. Check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and reimbursement criteria. Medcan will provide you with a receipt for services rendered which will include a description of the service, the provider’s name and credentials, and the date and cost of service. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the insurance company, and outcomes can vary depending on the insurance provider.
  • 4Our membership fee covers the costs of all uninsured services included in our year-round care membership (a list of which can be found here). We do not charge for insured services, which are services covered by OHIP. OHIP covered services are available to all OHIP card holders regardless of whether a membership package is purchased.
  • 5Year-Round Care Family Membership includes you, your partner, and all children under the age of 30
