Medcan Muskoka is now open for the season, bringing all Medcan members timely Year-Round Care appointments for minor illnesses and injuries.

Conveniently located in Port Carling, Medcan Muskoka offers Medcan members timely physician care for minor injuries and illnesses during the summer months. Whether you are already a member or would like to become one, you can count on our team wherever the season takes you.

In Muskoka, we are open for in-person appointments four to five days a week, while virtual visits can be booked all week long. Members also receive after-hours medical advice from an on-call registered nurse.

  • 1Year-Round Care Family Membership includes you, your partner, and all children under the age of 30
  • 2Delivery is subject to factors such as medication availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and prescription verification requirements.
  • 3Global travel medical assistance is provided by a third party and does not include diagnosis and treatment from a Medcan physician. Additional fees may apply.
  • 4Eligibility for reimbursement under a Health Spending Account (HSA) is subject to your specific plan provisions, coverage, available balance, and eligibility conditions. Check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and reimbursement criteria. Medcan will provide you with a receipt for services rendered which will include a description of the service, the provider’s name and credentials, and the date and cost of service. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the insurance company, and outcomes can vary depending on the insurance provider.
  • 5Our membership fee covers the costs of all uninsured services included in our year-round care membership (a list of which can be found here). We do not charge for insured services, which are services covered by OHIP. OHIP covered services are available to all OHIP card holders regardless of whether a membership package is purchased.
