Policy For Rescheduling or Cancelling an Annual Health Assessment

Medcan is committed to providing an exceptional level of client care. To help us do this, we reserve appointments for each of our clients with specific doctors and specialists at specific times. If you do need to change an appointment, please keep in mind the following policies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, we kindly ask that you please call us at 416.350.5900.

Please see the service fees below:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a $495 cancellation fee
• If you fail to show up for your AHA appointment you will be charged a fee of $495. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file
