A convenient one-day comprehensive evaluation at our state-of-the-art facilities. Our team guides your employees through up to 15 diagnostic tests and screenings relating to heart health, diabetes, cancer, mental health, and women’s or men’s health. Testing is customized based on the employee's health needs and concerns.

A complete health evaluation

Employees complete all testing on-site at our facilities in a single appointment. Blood and urinalysis are conveniently analyzed at our proprietary in-house laboratory, allowing for same-day results. Employees receive all test results at the end of their appointment, as part of their physician consultation.

Same-day results

At the end of their appointment, the employee will meet with a physician to review the results of their assessment. The physician will provide insights and discuss areas of health that may need improvement.  Employees will receive an action plan with medical and lifestyle recommendations to help improve their health.

Physician consultation

If follow-up testing or specialist visits are required, our client care coordinators offer healthcare navigation support by arranging all necessary post-assessment visits for the employee. This means that employees can stay focused on their regular day-to-day tasks, without having to worry about the logistics of scheduling appointments or the challenges of navigating the healthcare system.

Follow-up and specialist referrals

A Dedicated Care membership is a valuable addition to your rewards program. Employees receive highly personalized, convenient, ongoing primary care delivered by a dedicated physician and a comprehensive support team. With Dedicated Care, employees have the time they need with their doctor to fully discuss and address their health concerns. Their health team will also coordinate referral appointments, share results, and provide clinical advice by phone or email. This approach ensures that their ongoing health concerns are thoroughly addressed, allowing for continuity of care and effective health management.

This membership offers a concierge level of care with a direct line of contact to a dedicated physician including home or office visits along with after-hours and weekend availability. This prestigious membership provides comprehensive health management supported by a dedicated team committed to the employee’s care. It includes wellness programs and genetic testing to optimize a personalized care plan, improve health, and manage risk of disease.

M Care

Our Menopause and Perimenopause Program offers a high-touch level of service for women aged 45 to 60 dealing with menopause or perimenopause issues. This 6-month, evidence-based program is medically supervised by a physician certified by The Menopause Society (TMS) to help improve symptoms and overall wellness. Employees who are struggling with the symptoms of this life transition will be supported by a comprehensive team of experts focused on helping them thrive at work and in life.

Menopause and Perimenopause Program

Our Men's Hormone Health & Vitality Program is completely personalized and medically supervised, designed for men aged 40 or older who have been experiencing a decline in energy or feeling less healthy than they would like. This three-month program aims to identify the cause of symptoms such as chronic fatigue, reduced libido, anxiety, depression, low motivation, erectile dysfunction, urinary health issues, and poor sleep.
